Do you have liability insurance and carry workman’s comp insurance for your employees? Our employee’s safety is one of our top concerns. We ensure all work sites are up to code, have the proper policies, and insurance in place.

Do you build only from home plans you supply or can I provide my own set of plans? Our creative and innovative design process ensures that you’re in control of your build, we can use our own designs, or you can bring your own! We work with the finest highly skilled architects, designers, and engineers in Tucson.
Who will oversee the construction of my home and answer any questions I may have? Greg will oversee every step of the project himself to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through meticulous and detailed quality, efficiency, transparency and communication.
How and when will the final price for my home be determined? The final price for your home will be determined once we have written up your contract for your new custom home.
What do you do to ensure the project doesn’t exceed my budget? We bid out all our projects. The bidding phase of a project entails submitting the plans to each individual sub-contractor that will be potentially working for us. We obtain competitive bids for each area of construction from the finest sub-contractors in the area assuring our clients responsible execution of their plans, on-time performance and budgetary accountability.
How and when can I make changes or upgrades before and during construction? We are committed to understanding the unique needs of our clients and providing the highest level of craftsmanship and service by allowing any changes to be made to your custom at any time during construction.
How often (and when) will I have access to the home during the building process? We’ve turned the home-building experience into a transparent, simple, and stress-free undertaking, allowing you to have access to your home during non-construction hours.
How long will it take to build my new home? The timing of a project will depend on the design. We created a method that identifies the critical items that drive the time frame for the completion of the project. On average building a custom home can take 12 10 18 months.
Can you ensure my home will be energy efficient? Every home we build is extremely energy efficient. We have adopted a whole system, sustainable approach to building your custom home by incorporating design and building technologies that minimize environmental impact, and reduces energy consumption.
Who pulls required permits for the job, you or me? The pulling of the required permits will depend on the project and the client.
Do you have insurance in case something in my home gets broken in the renovation and/or construction process? Our client’s happiness is one of our top concerns. We ensure all work sites are up to code, have the proper policies, and insurance in place in case an accident should happen.
What is your process for fixing things after the project is complete and I have moved in? Our personalized service doesn’t end when you receive your keys. We provide comprehensive ongoing care and protection with our 1-year full warranty on everything.
